Asaf Avidan
After years of more intimate performances, Asaf Avidan returned to the summer stages with a full band and a show that moves restlessly between folk, blues, rock, jazz and something entirely his own.
Live · Carcassonne 2026. Within the ancient stone amphitheater, singular vocal falsetto pierces the Mediterranean night with unvarnished emotional intensity.
There is an almost physical quality to Avidan's performance. His voice can fracture into something raw and fragile, then rise seconds later with astonishing force. Nothing about him feels static. He bends, twists and throws himself into the music, turning the stage into a place where sound and movement become inseparable.
In Wolfsburg, that intensity met the open atmosphere of the summer festival. Ten days later, beneath the night sky of Carcassonne's medieval Cité, it found an entirely different frame. The historic walls surrounding the Théâtre Jean-Deschamps gave the sold-out concert an almost theatrical dimension.
Yet the centre remained the same: an artist who refuses to separate vulnerability from power.
With his full band behind him, Avidan doesn't simply return to a bigger stage. He fills it with contradiction: tenderness and abrasion, control and abandon, an unmistakable voice capable of sounding impossibly delicate one moment and almost feral the next.
Two summer nights. Two completely different places. And an artist whose greatest instrument remains his absolute willingness to give himself to the moment.

LENNY KRAVITZ
Electric Resonance
There is remarkably little between Lenny Kravitz and his audience. No monumental production carrying the night, no spectacle competing for attention. The stage lives through music, through the individual brilliance of every musician on it, and through a connection with the audience that feels increasingly rare at this scale.
Nothing here needs to become a performance of itself. Kravitz is present, generous and completely inside the music. He gives space to his band, lets musicianship speak for itself and turns an arena of thousands into something unexpectedly human.
What unfolds is less a performance than an encounter. Songs that have travelled through decades remain alive because they are not treated as monuments to the past. They happen again, right there, between the people playing them and the people receiving them.
And perhaps Kravitz himself found the simplest words for what held the night together:
My friends, my family, Berlin. We are here for a reason. And the amount of power we have collectively is more intense than you can ever imagine, under the banner of love.”

ROBYN
THE SEXISTENTIAL TOUR
The new pieces from Sexistential hit the arena unfiltered and uncompromising. In Berlin, they landed in a city whose own identity has long been intertwined with the bittersweet pulse of electronic music.
It was during the older anthems that the full complexity of the Uber Arena revealed itself. Thousands of different lives converged in a single, relentless rhythm until individuality seemed to dissolve into movement.
Robyn allows dignity and loss of control, melancholy and ecstasy to exist in the same body. Nothing needs to be resolved. Emotion moves through repetition, sweat and physical surrender until it is no longer something performed onstage, but something moving through the entire room.
There is no contradiction between vulnerability and strength here. One becomes the other.
And perhaps that is what remains when the beat finally stops: the body exhausted, the armour gone, and vulnerability no longer something to protect, but a force of its own.
